- Design and implement a comprehensive finance framework covering accounting, budgeting, cashflow, multi‑currency fund flows, internal controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee all daily finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for internal management and external audit purposes.
- Manage cashflow planning aligned with fundraising, investment deployment, project exit cycles and operational needs.
- Lead and develop the finance team, improving capability, performance and cross‑department collaboration.
- Provide financial due diligence, valuation support and profitability analysis for investment opportunities.
- Support fundraising activities by preparing financial materials, optimizing financial structures and engaging with external capital partners.
- Oversee post‑investment financial monitoring and support portfolio companies in financial system optimization.
- Support equity structure design, incentive mechanisms, corporate restructuring and related capital initiatives.
- Build a robust financial risk framework, covering cross‑border investment risks, cashflow, tax and compliance.
- Drive tax planning across China and Middle Eastern jurisdictions, especially relating to fund exit structures and cross‑border transactions.
- Coordinate external and internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cross‑border fund flows, foreign exchange compliance and multi‑currency settlement.
- Establish and operate an investor‑relations financial platform for LP engagement, including negotiation support and structured information management.
- Oversee financial disclosure to LPs and regulators with consistent, accurate and timely reporting.
- Lead LP due‑diligence cycles, manage data rooms and maintain a complete LP information database.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
- 10+ years' finance management experience, including ≥5 years in USD / dual‑currency funds, cross‑border investment firms or large multinational groups.
- Background with Big Four firms, sovereign wealth funds or major investment institutions beneficial.
- Track record in capital activities such as fundraising, M&A, due diligence or portfolio financial oversight.
- Strong exposure to multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments with cross‑border tax and FX knowledge.
- Full‑spectrum finance expertise across accounting, budgeting, cashflow, tax and risk management.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities with the capability to link financial insights to business strategy.
- Effective communicator with strong team‑management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- High sense of ownership, professionalism and adaptability within a fast‑paced investment environment.
- Fluent Chinese and English; able to travel internationally when required.
