Salary: RMB 400,000 - 450,000 per annumThe Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading international energy and infrastructure investor to appoint a Commercial Director based in Beijing. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving commercial strategy, deal execution, and value optimisation across a portfolio of large-scale projects.The OpportunityThis role sits at the centre of investment, development, and delivery, ensuring that projects are commercially robust from origination through to execution.You will work closely with executive leadership to shape commercial frameworks, negotiate complex agreements, and maximise value across a growing pipeline of energy and infrastructure assets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of commercial strategy across projectsStructure and negotiate key commercial agreements (EPC, offtake, partnerships, financing interfaces)Drive value optimisation across the project lifecycle, from development through to deliverySupport investment decisions through commercial analysis and risk assessmentManage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, contractors, and investorsWork cross-functionally with finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure aligned deliveryProvide leadership and oversight to commercial teams, ensuring consistency and performanceRequirementsSignificant experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director / Head of Commercial)Background within energy, infrastructure, or large-scale project environmentsStrong track record in contract negotiation and commercial structuringDeep understanding of project economics and risk allocationProven ability to influence at senior stakeholder level and drive strategic outcomesFluent in Mandarin and EnglishWhy This Role?Senior leadership role within a globally active energy and infrastructure groupOpportunity to shape commercial strategy across high-value projectsExposure to complex, multi-stakeholder deal environmentsCompetitive salary with strong long-term progression potentialApply NowFor a confidential discussion, please contact:📧
