1) Achieve sales goals within assigned territory. Goals may include new placements, case, revenue, sell-in/through, stock and etc;
2) Instigate channel opportunities that allow sustainable and fast listing and distribution growth for our portfolio based on overall channel strategy. Actively communicating opportunities of channel plan to the line manager.
3) Identify potential W/S within territory and present to management for decision; Manage appointed wholesalers and monitor sell-in / sell-through and stock, monitor pricing, performance and incentive, provide training ect.
4) Propose distribution plan to help key products penetrate to channels.
5) Design consumer promotion to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitor.
6) Monitor pricing, cross channeling and profitability; Avoid price confusion at the marketplace
7) Monitor the performance of the team members if any.
8) Visit all existing MOP outlets within the assigned territory, identify prospects and activate them if appropriate potential.
9) Clearly establish RTM (direct or indirect) for all outlets, drive distribution and activation (e.g., training, incentive, contracts, BTG, WOTM, visibility, etc.) and sell-out of on-trade range of products.
10) Ensure the excellent customer service for all direct account by coordinating with relevant internal departments. (e.g. order taking, invoicing, delivery, credit. etc)
11) Ensure the proper liaison with appointed W/S to facilitate orders and monitor the servicing for all indirect accounts.
12) Continuously develop new customers and outlets; Submit regular reports on business progress in a timely manner (daily/monthly/quarterly/or adhoc).
13) Market data collect and analysis; Collect and report of competitor's information in terms of promotion, price, and sales trends to line manager.
14) Provide assist & support to all sales related activities to line manager.要求Education Level & Professional Qualification 学历水平 & 职业资格:
- Associate Degree or above;
- Trade / Liquor knowledge in particular wine industry experience will be highly regarded. Experience in dealing with a demanding customer baseYears of experience 工作经验:
- Solid experience of sales within the channel in Trade / Liquor industry. Particular wine industry experience is preferred.
- MNC background in FMCG industry is an advantageFunctional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills requied 职能/专业经验, 知识和技能:

- Experience in negotiating business agreements; Capability to overcome customers objections and consistently gain advantage over the competition through superior business proposals and strong persuasive selling skills
- Good computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Demonstrated experience in leading a successful team to achieve objectives through skills in performance management, conflict resolution, team building and team motivation
- Demonstrated experience in coaching others to achieve high performance
- Strong business financials understanding, analysis and application
- Ability to understand, embrace and capitalise on change and lead others through change;
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise workload
