Hello! Brazy is looking for an Affiliate Country Manager with Chinese language and deep knowledge of the CS2 for our product in the eSports industry.
Current team: 2 affiliate Heads, 3 affiliate managers.
Requirements:

You have experience in affiliate marketing, ideally with igaming (СS2) offers.

You know how to find and onboard media buyers and webmasters running traffic.

You understand the mechanics of RevShare/Deposit Share/Fix.

You speak fluently Chinese language and English/ Russian/ Ukrainian.

You are highly goal-oriented, a self-starter, and thrive in performance-driven environments.
Will be a plus:

Be passionate about CS2 and the gaming industry.

You have connections or access to affiliate communities, Telegram groups, or traffic marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting new affiliates (individuals or teams) who run traffic SEO, Twitter, Reddit, streaming platforms, apps, and other websites to join https://ggband.gg/

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they are motivated and performing.

Monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance based on key metrics (CR, ROI, Payouts, Volume).

Identifying new traffic opportunities and niches, including GEO-specific campaigns and alternative traffic sources.

Providing affiliates with fast support, creative materials, technical documentation, and payment assistance.

Working closely with product and analytics teams to ensure offer performance and quality traffic standards.

Reporting weekly on recruitment, activation rates, and affiliate performance.
