
Senior Sales Manager _ MA

- Take full ownership of sales revenue, profit, PCR for the OES business in China.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow OES, Small OE and CFH business .
- Manage and grow the business to meet OEM demands.
- Define the price to each customer group and negotiate with customer for better PLCM.
- Lead sales process management.
- Manage and coach the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance execution efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, supply chain, etc.) to align on market requirements and customer needs.
- Develop and implement mid-to-long-term business development strategies, including people development.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in leading teams; project management experience is a plus.
- Automotive industry experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.
