- Oversee the design process from concept to tape-out, ensuring adherence to design methodologies and be*st practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency, quality, and time-to-market
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into design strategies as appropriate
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in semiconductor design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of digital and analog design, verification, and physical design methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing large design teams and delivering complex projects on time
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven analysis
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and design flows
