- Manage and lead the AFM Application Engineer team in China, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback;
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the utilization of our semiconductor AFM equipment and enhance customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align application support with business objectives;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs;
- Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the team stays up-to-date with the up-to-date AFM technologies and application techniques;
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements;
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new application opportunities and contribute to product development roadmaps;
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, customer feedback, and application trends to senior management.
- Master's degree or higher in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AFM applications, with PHD or;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with master degree;
- Candidates with past leadership role is prefered;
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and AFM equipment applications.
