Famous semiconductor is transforming into a new strategy area in China. Our client is looking for dominant candidates who have above 3 years' working experience in Talent Acquisition specialized in technical recruitment.Reporting to the TA manager and working with other stakeholders, you will be responsible for storing the company's data and based on business mode to provide some company growth insights.
  • Fill vacancies for technical positions.
  • Schedule the candidate pipeline via sorts of channels such as advertising, candidates' referral, networking, direct sourcing; figure out effective methods to identify diverse talent.
  • Drive the candidates journey end-to-end including complex salary negotiations and job offers that involve influencing skills to both candidates and our stakeholders.
  • Get involved in the whole recruitment cycle, graduate and other ad-hoc projects.
You will work closely with various senior stakeholders across the business so strong relationship skills and a team orientated approach will be essential. You should be capable of working autonomously while providing support to your team and the wider business.Working closely with senior stakeholders.|Work life balanceThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years working experience in recruitment, prefer technical recruitment background.
  • Familiar with the whole process of recruitment.
  • Ideally with a focus on technical recruitment combined with market insight.
  • Experience to directly source candidates via diverse social channels, ability to build candidate pools with their respective market streams.
