- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit, cross launch and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
- Work with teams within Amazon worldwide by feedback CN selling partners experience during project implementation and post-live support phases to drive product/program improvement.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Shenzhen, 44, CHNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Bachelor degree from a top university.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated capability to drive and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
- Passion for customers and high attention to details.
- Analyze the business and conduct deep dive analysis; provide routine executive-level reporting on the Seller's current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
- Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your territory. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.
- Manage additional projects concurrently with managing daily production environment, such as competitive analysis, and sales analysis as needed.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven ability to both think strategically and execute plans.
- Excellent organization skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and to evolve in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to interact at management level with medium-to-large Chinese and International companies.
- Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
