- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market penetration.
- Drive sales growth through successful product launches, targeting hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, KOLs, and influencers
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Implement market development, channel expansion, and promotional plans in line with regional growth strategy.
- Experience in national distributor management and distribution strategy development.
- Lead the execution of budget planning in accordance with profitability targets.
- Execute company-wide commercial strategies.
- Lead development of key hospitals, clients, and products.
- Collect and manage hospital data, support volume increase via hospital seminars.
- Provide solutions for market contingencies in a timely manner.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and allocate sales targets and resources effectively.
- Lead annual performance evaluations and talent development in the region.
- Strengthen sales skills through training and coaching.
- Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, customer focus, and teamwork.
- Effectively present Chinas sales plans and market insights to global headquarters and influence internal stakeholders to secure alignment and support for execution. This includes articulating local challenges, advocating for necessary resources, and driving buy-in for strategic initiatives when needed.
- Collaborate with marketing on brand-building and academic initiatives.
- Support marketing in identifying and developing expert speakers.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, finance, and operations to support team needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, Masters degree/ EMBA would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience working with a international company would be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales plans.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese healthcare system and medical procurement processes.
- Strong ability in problem‐solving and negotiation
- Exceptional ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet critical deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Excel; ideally with some familiarity of pivot tables
- CRM System and SAP experience is a plus
- Entrepreneurial, with the ability to adapt and create new processes
- English & Chinese in full working proficiency
