In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients.Job Responsibilities:1、Develop brand strategy to enable successful launch and brand growth
- Lead launch readiness and launch plan development
- Generate market insights, and drive innovative initiatives to address business issues and opportunities2、Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in both China and Global
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Medical, Development, Access, Supply Chain, etc.3、Market Research and insight:- Understand and quickly adapt changes of regulations, market competitors and consumer behaviors.- Developing and Executing product/market strategies rapidly responding to market and competitive changes4、Key Stakeholder Management:- Establish and reinforce professional relationship with internal and external partners;
- Establish and sustain close relationship with national KOLs in related specialties by understanding and provide solutions of the unmet needs of clients5、Managing Marketing Campaigns post launch:- Oversees the execution of marketing campaigns. This involves coordinating with other teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that the campaigns achieve their objectives.6、Ensure all business activities complying with compliance and legal requirement and ethical standards. Manage the cost within the budgetJob Requirements:- At least 2-year central marketing working experience of healthcare industry; consulting experience is highly preferred- Bachelor degree and above
- Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business
- High ability of communication; strong influencing, negotiation and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Customer oriented and strong winning spirit
- Good command of English speaking and writing is required
- Adaption to business trips
