- Dev China Governance Management including pre governance engagement preparation, Governance meeting/engagement facilitation and post engagement decision and action follow-up. In the meantime, seeking ways to improve the governance management process.
- Portfolio operation including portfolio meeting, event or workshop organization such as asset review meeting, annual asset team health survey, asset team leader nomination process maintenance
- Portfolio analysis and reporting including collecting, connecting and consolidating Dev China portfolio pipeline information including project execution status, speed and cost etc and conduct integrated analysis in support of periodic and ad-hoc portfolio progress review from leadership team and internal stakeholders. Maintain portfolio data and perform quality check. Organize and provide portfolio-related information for internal and external communication/announcement
- R&D Annual planning facilitation such as Portfolio KPIs setting, Cycle Time target refresh, FTE resource evaluation and tracking
- BA/BS with 7+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience
- intermediate knowledge of drug development and understanding of the processes associated with clinical study execution
- Expert knowledge of the Project Management discipline and the application of Project Management at the Portfolio level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills under matrix organization
- Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience, particularly in product development processes
