- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to align product development with market demands.
- Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales within building material industry, with proven success in managing distributor networks and engineering-driven project sales.
- Startup/Scale-up Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to build sales operations from scratch in a high-ambiguity environment.
- Communication: English proficiency (written/spoken), native Mandarin
- Strategic Mindset: Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in market analysis and competitive positioning.
