- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of license compliance processes and commercial operations.
- Well-connected in the AEC industry, with an existing network of decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a tier-1 university, preferably in engineering, architecture, or business.
