- Oversee the annual sales planning and merchandise purchase, sales, and inventory operations across the company's omnichannel, driving sustained and healthy growth in company performance. Formulate and decompose national sales targets and plans, including turnover structure, product mix, and merchandise procurement and circulation strategies, to ensure the achievement of all operational indicators.
- Take charge of building standardized and systematic sales operations, including sales planning and management, budget and target management, data analysis, order management, and cost control.
- Based on sales targets and overall merchandise plans, develop marketing schemes for seasonal, series, and category-based merchandise promotion and display. Communicate, coordinate, and confirm with the merchandise department to ensure effective alignment between retail planning and merchandise planning.
- Reasonably plan the proportion and growth rate of sales targets across online and offline regions, collaborate with channel departments to match the quantity and quality of channels, and ensure the achievement and continuous growth of omnichannel business goals.
- Formulate omnichannel discount management strategies and control standards, and organize their implementation.
- Develop omnichannel purchasing models, as well as goals, strategies, and control standards for merchandise circulation and inventory management, and organize their execution.
- Establish norms, processes, and standards for merchandise operations in e-commerce and national retail regions, and supervise their implementation.
- Align with the company's needs for sustained business growth and strategic goals, establish and improve the planning of the headquarters sales and omnichannel retail merchandise organization and team, and be responsible for implementing talent echelon development and enhancing team capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, or related fields. With over 10 years of experience in headquarters sales operations management in the footwear and apparel industry, including more than 8 years of team management experience.
- Rich experience in efficient operation and management of omnichannel merchandise purchase, sales, and inventory (including sales merchandise planning, purchasing standards and system construction, omnichannel merchandise circulation, and inventory management), with several outstanding competitive capabilities in the industry and successful cases in the past.
- Possess a keen market/business acumen, able to identify growth opportunities amid changes in the industry, competing brands, channels, and consumers.
- Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of quickly integrating and driving the omnichannel retail company, channel departments, training departments, retail marketing departments, merchandise departments, and supply chain departments to jointly achieve sales targets.
- Have experience and capabilities in managing an organization of over 30 people, team building, staff training, and motivation. Possess successful cases of setting an example, with team to achieve goals, and having received systematic leadership training.
