- Develop and execute the overall e - commerce strategy for the brand, aligning with the company's long - term business goals and market trends.
- Conduct in - depth market research, analyse industry data and competitor activities, and formulate corresponding competitive strategies to enhance the company's market share and competitiveness.
- Oversee all aspects of e - commerce operations across multiple platforms (such as Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, etc.), including store setup, product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Set up and manage the e - commerce budget, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve profitability targets.
- Optimize the user experience on e - commerce platforms to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high - performing e - commerce team, including operations managers, marketing specialists, data analysts, and customer service representatives.
- Set clear performance goals for the team, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback and incentives to drive team performance and growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting communication and cooperation among different departments within the company.
- Establish and maintain a data - driven decision - making process, collect and analyse key e - commerce metrics (such as GMV, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, etc.).
- Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies, product offerings, and operational processes, and continuously improve the overall performance of the e - commerce business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e - commerce platforms (such as Tmall, JD.com), brand partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure favourable cooperation terms, joint marketing opportunities, and resource support from platforms and partners.
- 5-8 years of experience in e - commerce operations in Lifestyle, Fashion and Sports industry, with at least 3 years in a management position. Experience in both brand company and TP (Third - Party Service Provider) company is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing e - commerce businesses, with experience in multiple e - commerce platforms.
- Profound understanding of e - commerce platforms' rules, algorithms, and marketing tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, or professional e - commerce data analysis platforms).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Chinese and English
- Exceptional leadership and team - building skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross - functional teams.
- Strong problem - solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast - paced business environment.
- Familiarity with the marlket trends and developments in the e - commerce industry, such as new marketing models, emerging e - commerce platforms, and consumer behaviour changes.
