- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy, covering brand flagship stores, owned platforms, and third-party marketplaces.
- Manage annual sales targets, budget planning, profit margins, and return on investment to ensure consistent business growth.
- Closely with platforms such as Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin to secure resources, plan campaigns, and improve performance.
- Manage the e-commerce team across key functions including operations, content, advertising, CRM, and customer service.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to assist new product launches, promotional activities, and inventory coordination.
- Monitor user behavior, traffic patterns, and sales performance to enhance conversion paths and repeat purchase mechanisms.
- Strengthen brand-owned digital channels such as WeChat Mini Programs and social communities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Background in sport, lifestyle, or fashion industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, Xiaohongshu) and their operational mechanisms.
- Strong skills in interpreting data, business planning, and cross-functional Partnership.
- Proven ability to guide teams and achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English is preferred; experience with international brands or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
