- Lead and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for seasonal product launches, from planning to post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Retail, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans across channels.
- Develop compelling brand narratives and campaign toolkits that resonate with target consumers and reflect brand values.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Support the development of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, PR, and experiential activations.
- Monitor campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize future launches and brand initiatives.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative and execution on time and within budget.
- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in lifestyle, sports, or fashion industries.
- Strong experience in product GTM planning and execution, including cross-functional coordination.
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for sports, culture, and community-driven brands.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (if based in China).
