- Plan and execute retail campaigns, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance frontline team capabilities
- Manage social CRM to grow membership and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and market insights
- Monitor performance and report results to senior management
- Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Bachelor's degree or above; 8-10 years of experience in retail marketing, with 5+ years in a managerial role
- Background in premium/luxury consumer goods or home & lifestyle sectors preferred
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, marketing tools, and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
