- Security Management: Physical security protocols, security risk assessments, threat management, and workplace violence prevention
- Emergency Response: Emergency facilities and equipment management, response team development, and drill programs
- Crisis Management: Crisis management standard/protocol/process, scenarios planning, response framework development, and corporate capability building
- Establish and execute corporate standards and programs for security, emergency response, and crisis management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry best practices
- Provide expert guidance on emerging security threats, emergency response technologies, and crisis management trends
- Drive innovation in SEC capabilities through implementation of advanced security systems and response protocols
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure SEC program effectiveness across all sites
- Conduct risk assessments and lead continuous improvement initiatives to address identified gaps
- Partner with site leadership to build organizational capability in security and crisis management
- Deliver training programs and technical support to ensure consistent implementation of corporate standards
- Lead the development and optimization of crisis management frameworks and response protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure preparedness for various crisis scenarios
- Oversee physical security systems, guard force management, and access control procedures
- Manage travel security programs including risk assessment and emergency response support
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Security Management, Emergency Management, or related field
2. 10+ years' experience in security, emergency response, and crisis management within multinational industrial companies
3. Required: Regional or corporate level management experience in multinational industrial settings
4. Professional security certification (ASIS international—PSP, CPP, or equivalent) preferred
5. Proven experience in security system implementation and crisis management framework development
6. Comprehensive knowledge of international security standards and best practices
7. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
8. Willingness to travel frequently domestically and internationally
