  • Global Insight Strategy Development
  • Lead the design and execution of multi-country research frameworks covering ≥3 key regions (NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM)
  • Establish standardized global tracking methodologies while allowing local market customization
  • Develop comparative analysis models for cross-cultural consumer behavior pattern
  • Regional Market Expertise
  • Directly manage research projects in minimum 5 international markets annually
  • Maintain market-specific knowledge banks covering:Cultural consumption drivers;Competitive landscape dynamics;Regulatory impacts on research methodologies
  • Research Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (budget $500K+) including:Vendor selection (global/local agencies);Questionnaire localization & translation validation;Data quality control across regions
  • Implement hybrid research approaches combining:Quantitative (tracking studies, segmentation);Qualitative (ethnographic, digital diaries);Emerging methods (AI-driven analytics, social listening)
  • Stakeholder Leadership
  • Present insights to C-suite through tailored deliverables:Regional deep-dashboards; Scenario modeling reports; Strategic recommendation playbooks
  • Train local teams on global insight implementation
Must have Global Markets Experience Global MNC
  • 10-15 years international insights experience (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated success in ≥2 market expansion projects
  • Expert proficiency with Nielsen/Kantar/IPSOS platforms
  • Fluent English + business proficiency in second language
  • Advanced degree in Market Research/Behavioral Economics
