- Research Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (budget $500K+) including:Vendor selection (global/local agencies);Questionnaire localization & translation validation;Data quality control across regions
- Implement hybrid research approaches combining:Quantitative (tracking studies, segmentation);Qualitative (ethnographic, digital diaries);Emerging methods (AI-driven analytics, social listening)
- Stakeholder Leadership
- Present insights to C-suite through tailored deliverables:Regional deep-dashboards; Scenario modeling reports; Strategic recommendation playbooks
- Train local teams on global insight implementation
- 10-15 years international insights experience (mandatory)
- Demonstrated success in ≥2 market expansion projects
- Expert proficiency with Nielsen/Kantar/IPSOS platforms
- Fluent English + business proficiency in second language
- Advanced degree in Market Research/Behavioral Economics
