- Lead the deployment of global training programs within the assigned region, ensuring they are adapted as necessary to meet local needs and cultural considerations.
- Guide the Country Clusters HR Services Learning professional (who are under the leadership of the Country Clusters HR Service Manager) to ensure that the training plan is correctly implemented, and that trainings in Region scope are delivered on time and within budget.
- Be responsible for the data quality in MLP of the programs deployed at the regional level.
- Work closely with Country Clusters HR Services Learning professionals, sites, and Regional BG Leaders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with local business strategies and priorities.
- Arbitrate the content design scope and training application perimeter with the Country Clusters and the Group CoE.
- Participate in and support corporate projects.
- Organize specific regional learning events (e.g., training sponsors, expert days).
- Proven experience in training management, from needs understanding to effective solution delivery .
- Experience in deploying training programs across multiple countries
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Country Cluster HR Services Learning professionals, regional functional leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, with experience in managing KPIs related to training deployment.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize regional training needs and determine appropriate solutions.
- Experience in instructional design and tools, with the ability to create training programs based on regional needs and Group specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate key leadership programs and build and manage teams of local trainers.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt training content to diverse regional contexts.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
