In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our worldwide go-to-market strategy for emerging eTail channels, including Social Commerce and Marketplaces. Your efforts will focus on leveraging best practices, enhancing Logitech’s capabilities, and driving strategic engagement to support regional teams in creating tailored strategies to align with market specific needs and opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Groups, Marketing, and Commercial Team, as well as external agencies. You will enable successful implementation on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Live streaming and eTailer marketplaces including BestBuy, Walmart, Shopee, Lazada, and more.CONTRIBUTIONSMARKETPLACESCreate a Strategic Blueprint for Marketplace Engagement: Define where and how Logitech should operate on marketplaces, ensuring differentiation and complementarity with the Logitech 1P business model. This includes designing strategies for portfolio, attach & solutions opportunities.Operationalize Logitech Certified Reseller Program: Design and implement a marketplace program tailored to empower premium reseller partners, enhancing their capabilities to drive incremental value and maximize Logitech’s sales potential.Incubate and Expand New Platforms: Explore and grow Logitech's presence on new platforms, focusing on high-potential categories.Leverage best practices from internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive Logitech's capabilities in these channels.Financial Modeling for Success: Design robust financial models to assess profitability, guide investment decisions, and measure ROI.SOCIAL COMMERCEBuild Tiktok Global Partnership and Expansion: Lead the development and management of the TikTok Shop Joint Business Plan to define and execute a successful platform strategy while driving market expansion.Operationalize Social Commerce: Design and implement effective go-to-market models and tactics, encompassing portfolio management, logistics, affiliates, advertising, analytics, and content strategies. Leverage local best practices, including insights from our Douyin China platform, to ensure impactful execution.Live Streaming Channel: Develop and operationalize a comprehensive strategy to drive live streaming initiatives in collaboration with our strategic eTailer partners.Financial Modeling for Success: Design robust financial models for social commerce and live-streaming initiatives to assess profitability, guide investment decisions, and measure ROI.Agency Sourcing and Oversight: Identify, onboard, and lead social commerce agencies and trading partners to support Logitech’s strategy execution.Qualification & SkillsExtensive Knowledge of Marketplace Platforms: In-depth understanding of various marketplace models and their dynamics, with proven expertise in operating and scaling a third-party (3P) business effectively, including hybrid 1P+3P marketplaces models globally.Deep Social Platforms Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in social commerce platforms with strong understanding of the algorithms, features, best practices and evolving trends. Proven ability to translate platform mechanics into actionable, ROI-driven sales strategies, specially on Tiktok Shop, Douyin and live streaming capabilities within eTailer ecosystems.Strategic Business Planning: Track record of crafting and executing innovative business strategies to unlock sales growth on ecommerce platforms.Commercial Acumen: Strong skills in identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and making data-driven decisions that align with overarching business goals.Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
