As the APAC Lean Industrialization Manager, you will lead process optimisation and industrialisation efforts for manufacturing operations across the APAC region. This role is based in Shanghai and requires a strong focus on lean principles and continuous improvement within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Lead lean industrialisation projects to enhance manufacturing processes across the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of lean initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance on lean methodologies to local teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration within manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all operations.
  • Support the launch of new products by streamlining production processes.
