Communication: develop an effective (internal (H2E, CI, LI, IM) and external) communication strategy and related actionable plan, it leads the effort to develop our branding. Provide insight and guidance to other E&C centers in support of local APAC project development and to facilitate handovers to the proposal and/or project teams.
Energy Transition - Business environment evolution & strategy: acting as the gatekeeper of the strategy and the business intelligence arm, it will watch the market and regulatory evolutions, and keep our strategy up-to-date. It shall be the connector to Lurgi Product Lines in Frankfurt and work in close cooperation with Business Intelligence & Strategy.
Business Model Estimation and low-carbon technologies / products price structure: developing the detailed value proposition for customers and benchmarking / designing the price structure to support AL E&C & LI/IM sales strategy
Train, Coach & Consult AL E&C regional colleagues, APAC sales forces and local LI BD in HyCO technologies, Energy transition technologies and related AL E&C offerings
