The Fabric Sourcing Manager will oversee the sourcing and procurement of high-quality fabrics, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with design requirements. This role is crucial in maintaining the supply chain's smooth operation within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Provides seasonal fabric directions from mills and blockbusters / production fabrics of other clients.
Study forecast on WGSN etc. and present fabric trend report/books for upcoming seasons to design offices.
Conducts new mill research, Assesses existing and new vendor for a sourcing matrix.
Market fabric intel. - Identifies new fabric opportunities / cost drivers and represent fabrics with design offices regularly.
Work across departments to construct and maintain a core fabric matrix with corresponding costs.
Reviewing Trend reports and recommending fabric collections against it within the timeline.

A strong background in fabric sourcing and procurement within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of fabric design, fabric, yarns, knit, woven construction, and print techniques, and global fabric trends .
Knowledge of time and action calendars. Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing task.
Experience working with suppliers and negotiating terms effectively.
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance regulations for fabrics.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
