As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.We are looking for Rooms Manager, we rely on you to:1、Oversee daily operations of front office, housekeeping, fitness center & spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service processes across all rooms division departments.2、Develop service standards and operational guidelines for the rooms division, monitor implementation, and drive continuous optimization.3、Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation for the rooms division team to enhance their professionalism and service awareness.4、Monitor room cleanliness and facility functionality, coordinate with the engineering department for timely maintenance and repairs.5、Address guest complaints and special requests related to rooms division services, ensuring high guest satisfaction.6、Control operational costs of the rooms division, including material consumption and staffing, to align with budget targets.7、Collaborate with sales, F&B, and other departments to support hotel events and guest reception arrangements.8、Regularly review rooms division operational data, propose improvement plans, and enhance overall department efficiency.We are looking for someone who:1、College degree or above in hotel management or related fields.2、Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel rooms division, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.3、Familiar with front office, housekeeping, and recreation facility operations, as well as hotel PMS systems.4、Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and improve service quality.5、Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex guest issues and emergencies.6、Proficient in cost control and operational analysis.7、Fluent in English (both verbal and written).If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
