职位概述JOB RESPONSIBILITY:1. Product Portfolio Strategy
  • Lead end-to-end portfolio optimization including innovation roadmaps, product revamps, and strategic sunsetting
  • Develop localized value propositions and differentiated messaging frameworks to drive brand resonance
2. New Product Development
  • Oversee NPD lifecycle from concept ideation (positioning, claims, naming) to pricing architecture
  • Manage regulatory compliance for product registration and China-specific labeling requirements
  • Design demand forecasting models and launch order management systems
  • Localize global marketing assets with market-specific adaptations
  • Execute omni-channel go-to-market playbooks
3. Pricing & Promotion Architecture
  • Establish cross-channel pricing governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to design integrated promotional ecosystems
4. Commercialization Leadership
  • Develop annual marketing calendars with cross-functional budget allocation
  • Lead product launch campaigns (localized storytelling, TA segmentation, pricing strategy) through EC/CRM/brand alignment
  • Design data-driven sampling programs with TM/CRM teams
5. Key E-Commerce Empowerment
  • Create KOL-specific livestream scripts with compelling product narratives
  • Drive mega-campaign strategies (618/Double 11) including platform IP collaboration
6. Marketing Effectiveness
  • Implement budget allocation models with ROI tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor KPIs: Sales velocity, campaign efficiency, category share growth
  • Continuously optimize strategies through performance analytics
7. Supply Chain Synergy
  • Develop AI-powered demand forecasting systems
  • Implement dynamic inventory optimization protocols
REQUIREMENT:
  • 8+ years product management experience, Cosmetics or FMCG industries are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically, if handle the mass brands or tough situation will be the plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with effective team player.
  • Good oral & written English skill.
