- Manage contract renewals, amendments, and commercial terms with third‑party O&M and service providers.
- Evaluate service performance, ensure contract compliance, and propose cost or performance optimization.
- Track commercial risks and ensure alignment with internal policies and governance requirements.
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks for wind/solar assets, covering availability, generation performance, loss analysis, and efficiency metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions with technical teams.
- Support initiatives to enhance asset profitability and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with BD to review new project opportunities from an operational and commercial perspective.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence on technical feasibility, cost structure, and operational risks.
- Provide AM inputs for financial modelling and investment assessments.
- Prepare high‑quality internal papers, presentations, and approval documents for China and Group-level committees.
- Consolidate cross-functional inputs and ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with decision-making requirements.
- Support management in reviews, meetings, and reporting cycles.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Power Systems, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 7-10 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, project operations, O&M, or commercial management.
- Understanding of wind/solar operating models, technical concepts, and commercial structures.
- Experience managing suppliers / O&M contracts preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Good command of English for internal communication is preferred.
