- Sell Rystad Energy’s research offerings to companies/organizations within the i) Financial Services/Investor sector ii) Oil & gas supply chain sector iii) Renewables and Renewable supply chain industries.
- Target market in southern China particularly in Shanghai and adjacent areas.
- Develop and execute product-driven and segment-focused client acquisition strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet & outperform sales targets
- Engage with, present & pitch to prospective clients (“prospects”) daily, while adopting a consultative and solution-oriented approach in order to win new business
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams – Marketing, Product, Research, Client Training and Services – to drive engagement with prospects and close deals
- On successfully bringing in new clients, manage the client accounts to ensure renewal of services as well as growth through upselling/cross-selling of offerings
- Constantly promote the Rystad Energy brand and values externally in all interactions with prospects and clients
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experiences.
- Specifically, experience selling business or market intelligence services within the Energy industry (Renewables or Oil & Gas) and/or the Financial Services or Energy Trading segments will be a distinct advantage
- Proven track record of surpassing sales revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing account management
- Experience in internal stakeholder management – i.e. collaboration with cross-functional teams internally to drive prospect/client engagement externally
- Ability to work in English speaking environment.
