We are seeking candidate with 8 to 15 years of working experience, possessing a solid background in the retail and consumer goods industry.As the Legal Director, you will contribute to the overall success and legal integrity of the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the COO and other senior leaders to shape legal strategies and policies that support the organization's growth and objectives. * Legal Support and Advice:

Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including factories, trading companies, and other operational units.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Monitor legal risks and advise on mitigating strategies.
Compliance Management:

Ensure the organization's compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular compliance audits and provide training to employees.
IP Management:

Oversee trademarks, copyrights, and coordinate with external counsel for IP litigation and dispute resolution.
Manage brand protection strategies and enforce anti-piracy measures.
Team Leadership and Development:

Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members meet their objectives.
Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
Relationship Management:

Liaise with external legal counsels, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations.
Represent the organization in legal matters with external parties.

You should be knowledgeable in legal, compliance, and IP matters, with specific experience in providing legal support to factories and trading.
