As senior legal counsel, you will provide legal and compliance support across APAC.Currently, we are seeking a senior legal counsel to lead the entire spin-off process for one of the business segments and provide legal advice to ensure its long-term and stable development in the future. In this key role, you will be expected to work closely with global senior stakeholders.Your role will be a business partner and be involved in key management decisions.Besides the management role, you will need to oversee all legal and compliance matters for the Group's APAC operation (plants+trading+investment) and provide training and guidance to ensure business receives legal support.Decent platform, good culture|Senior role, lead junior peppleYou will be a qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of experience handling corporate commercial matters. Prior experience in working a reputable MNC brand in manufacturing industry will be mandatory, as well as solid experience in handling PRC legal matters. APAC experience is a plus not a must.
