- Plan and lead store expansion plan with CMD
- Prepare P&L and other supporting analyses for new store opening proposal
- Evaluate and propose possible locations for new stores
- Coordinate new store opening projects together with relevant departments
- Existing Stores
- Scout the competition, markets, location rent, touristic flow proposing commercial actions
- Monitor expenses of existing stores and propose and implement cost efficiency measures
- Define, monitor and challenge store managers on key points of sales indicators: Mystery shopping, store and service KPI’s, sales, discounts, CRM linked programs.
- Maintain informational and working relationships with the proper local authorities and organizations
- Cooperate with local merchandisers on the product assortment definition ensuring the most appropriate assortment to reach sales target
- Sales promotion
- Propose and implement necessary actions to promote sales in stores
- Propose and implement necessary actions to reduce S3 / S4 stock level (including coordination of special and vintage sales)
- Analyze sales trend of all stores and propose ad-hoc actions to improve performance
- Assist and coordinate the in-store events together with Marketing
- Store operations
- Set-up and implement store operations in accordance with Company’s policies and guidelines
- Ensure constant improvement of efficiency and service quality by continuous monitoring and upgrading (including selling ceremony, CRM, etc.)
- Ensure that Store Mangers maintain constant focus on visual merchandising and maintenance cooperating with Central and Local Interior Design and Visual Merchandising teams
- Ensure proper management of customer complaints
- Develop sales & profitability ensuring the definition of proper sales plans
- Ensure wholesale manager to implement the proper sales actions and customer service and to achieve the established sales targets
- FP&A: to ensure a strong business partnering on all finance matters
- HRBP: to guarantee that both Organizations and Talents agenda are aligned to Bulgari China business strategies and challenges
- Merchandising: to ensure correct product assortment and pro-active merchandising strategies and activities according to the store typology, the markets trends and client demand.

- Languages:Be fluent in English and Chinese
- Professional experience & know how:
- Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch a plus
- Selling Skill and Customer Relationship Management Skill, Strategic Business Thinking
- Technical & management skills:
