MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1. Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing Management- Develop and execute annual brand strategies, experiential marketing, and mega-platform (e.g., sports) plans for both Guiness and Sapporo brands, ensuring consistent brand equity growth and achievement of commercial objectives.- Lead integrated marketing planning, including budget allocation, resource optimization, and sales target breakdown to ensure effective budget utilization and sales delivery. Responsible for brand experiential and mega platform annual activation2. Brand Experiential & Mega-Project Execution- Translate consumer/shopper insights into actionable brand experiences and large-scale platform activations to strengthen brand connections.- Identify market and channel opportunities to drive brand building and commercial growth, ensuring marketing activities contribute to sales conversion.- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Insights, Media, Innovation, Data, Trade Marketing, Sales Team, etc.) and external partners to ensure end-to-end high-quality project delivery.3. Budget Control & Sales Performance Management- Oversee annual marketing budgeting, allocation, and tracking for both brands to maximize ROI.- Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns on sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and optimize strategies to support business growth.4.
