- Account Manager should ensure Ethics, Compliance and Safety of the company.
- Maintaining and developing sales channels, organizing marketing campaign, tapping and expanding new application markets according to HBS's business scope.
- Business unit: Mainly responsible for the maintenance of existing customers, the development and promotion of new application markets, as well as the development of new customers.
- Responsible for the development and sales of key projects in the spray insulation/waterproofing market in the region,
- Explore and develop new application markets based on HBS technology and resources, including market research, competitive analysis, product line establishment, etc.
- Guiding and assisting Applicators in business negotiation, follow-up and contracting;
- Promote the brand and products of HBS in new application markets and establish business contacts with new customers.
- Project tracking management and channel management according to product, price and market strategy.
- Organize and conduct marketing activities such as seminar with design institutes and owner of projects for products and new applications.
- Collect, analyze, and feedback information on competitors' development trends and market dynamics in your industry.
- Actively communicate within the company to handle customer order changes and order forecasts.
- Completion of other work temporarily assigned by the leadership.
- College degree or above;
- 5+ years working experiences in building insulation and waterproofing industry with PU chemical.
- Ability to withstand pressure, integrity and honesty, standardized and systematic work, strong learning and adaptability.
- Good interpersonal and communication coordination skills with excellent teamwork spirit.
- Cheerful and open-minded, with strong insight into the hearts of customers and the ability to persuade.
- Familiarity with the building insulation and waterproofing industry and understanding of current market conditions and competition.
- Ability to analyze and plan market and projects, and to plan and manage the projects under his responsibility in a rational manner.
- Familiar with the business process of construction projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to adapt to travel frequently.
