This role is responsible for overseeing the full supply chain function, covering sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, export operations, and production. As a senior management team member, the position plays a critical role in shaping operational strategy, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards of governance, compliance, and ethical conduct across the organization.
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight across sourcing, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, export, and production functions
  • Establish and maintain transparent supplier evaluation and procurement frameworks
  • Help global supply chain coordination, including frequent interaction with international stakeholders
  • Oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and efficient freight management
  • Optimize logistics and warehouse operations to improve service levels, cost control, and efficiency
  • Develop production budgets aligned with sales forecasts and monitor performance against cost, quality, and volume targets
  • Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Partner closely with sales, engineering, service, and other internal teams to improve order-to-delivery processes
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing supply chain organization with strong governance and accountability
Senior mandate with end-to-end supply chain ownershipStrong influence on business strategy and operationsA successful 供应链总监 should have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of experience across core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and production
  • At least 8 years in a senior management capacity within industrial environment
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance cost, quality, and supply continuity
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • High ethical standards with a reputation for integrity and professionalism
  • Confident negotiator with a structured and disciplined approach
