- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., zone architecture, software-defined vehicles) to guide product planning
- Mentor 15-member team (Key Account Managers, Field Application Engineers)
- Implement tiered performance metrics with SPIFF incentives
- Foster technical sales culture through monthly product deep-dives
- Lead negotiations for multi-year contracts
- Align with engineering on NPI processes for localized solutions
- Resolve escalations involving quality or delivery
- Partner with R&D to adapt global platforms for China EV demands
- Advise supply chain on dual-sourcing strategies amid chip shortages
- Provide board-level market intelligence (quarterly business reviews)
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electronics, or MBA
- Fluent English + Mandarin
- 10+ years in automotive electronics sales
- 5+ years managing >¥500M P&L
