  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in industrial automation, factory technology, or AI-driven systems
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of Chinese and Taiwanese business practices
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a Western institution with strong English communication requirements
  • Experience working in international or startup environments
Preferred:
  • Experience selling to automotive or electronics manufacturers
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or factory inspection systems
  • Existing network in Asia's manufacturing and automation sectors
  • Background in go-to-market roles or as a first sales hire in a startup
