- Lead regional sales strategy and execution across China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and mentor a high-performing local sales team
- Develop channel partnerships and distributor networks
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure successful deployments
- Provide market insights to global leadership and contribute to go-to-market strategy
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in industrial automation, factory technology, or AI-driven systems
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of Chinese and Taiwanese business practices
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a Western institution with strong English communication requirements
- Experience working in international or startup environments
- Experience selling to automotive or electronics manufacturers
- Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or factory inspection systems
- Existing network in Asia's manufacturing and automation sectors
- Background in go-to-market roles or as a first sales hire in a startup
