- Develop and implementing strategy to achieve agreed targets (incl full country P&L responsibility), regularly review progress against targets and develop plans to address deviations.
- Defines and steers country sales and marketing plans, sales structures, key customers, channel concepts and new business development.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, annual business plan and mid-long term strategic plan.
- Plan and organize local organizational set-up and needs to ensure target achievement and drive go to market model.
- Lead culture - create and shape an innovative, collaborative, diverse, inclusive and inspiring working culture.
- Lead the Management Team, sub-teams and supporting functions to bring our expertise to our customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Enhance collaboration across the business and functions, and set-up local business processes aligned to business strategy.
- Coach and develop your team to unlock their full potential, and implement structures and processes to empower goal achievement.
- Develops top to top relationships with Key customers / Distribution partners.
- Act as responsible for governance and legal obligations, and coordinate country administrative/back-office topics.
- Collaborate with peers (local/regional) and our diverse team to share best-practices.
- Represent the values of the company thinking in a broad and agile way.
- University Degree in Management / Engineering / Science.
- 7+ years in sales and business management.
- Strong people leadership.
- B2B experience including leading Key Accounts.
- Fluent in Chinese & English.
- Proven experience in leading change, business transformation and business development.
- Experience in delivering strong governance, best practice management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
