Responsibilities:
  • 与计划经理，生产总监及项目团队紧密合作，协调项目与人力资源，满足产能需求。
  • 跟踪项目生产情况并形成报表，对比数据，分析趋势，及时发现并汇报、协助解决潜在问题。
  • 参与工作室内部及跨工作室会议，汇报现状，并汇总记录，发现并报告可能风险。
  • 熟悉公司各系统及其关系，与PMO（项目管理办公室）和ERP（企业资源规划）团队密切合作，在计划经理的协助下进行故障排除和系统改进。
  • 协助工作室目标设定，产能预测，及实际产出的实时监测，以完成生产目标。
  • Collaborate closely with the Planning Manager, Production Director, and production teams to coordinate projects and human resources to meet production demands.
  • Track project production status and generate reports; compare data; analyze trends; promptly identify, report, and assist in resolving potential issues and risks.
  • Participate in internal and cross-studio meetings, report status, and compile records to identify and report potential risks.
  • Familiarize with the company's various systems and the corresponding data interrelation and logic, work closely with the PMO (Project Management Office) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) teams, and assist with troubleshooting and system improvements under the guidance of the planning manager.
  • Assist in setting studio goals across disciplines, forecasting capacity, and real-time monitoring of actual output to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
  • 较强的数据分析能力和跨部门沟通能力，能够在辅助下完成资源协调。
  • 责任心强，优秀的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力，主观能动性。
  • 本科以上学历。海外留学工作经验和拥有PMP认证为佳。
  • 良好的英语口语表达和书面能力，熟练使用MS Office。
  • 有对游戏行业的满腔热忱，同时可以快速适应变化并在压力下有效工作的能力。
  • Strong data analysis skills and cross-departmental communication abilities, capable of coordinating resources with support.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, logical thinking ability, and proactivity.
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Overseas study and work experience and PMP certification are preferred.
  • Good oral and written English skills, proficient in using MS Office.
  • Passion for the gaming industry, ability to adapt quickly to changes, and work effectively under pressure.
