Overall, the Training Specialist will be responsible for driving high quality training provided to the teams and play a significant role in Learner's success.The key responsibilities include training delivery in Chinese& English, testing administration, learning management system administration, training system administration and coordination for all new hires, specialty training and certification for our seller support division. Training coordination will include communicating with appropriate business owners (site leader and operations managers), Training Manager, other Seller Support Trainers, Training Matter Experts and Instructional Designers to ensure all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities. Training delivery will include facilitating a blended learning model. Training Specialist reports to Site Training Manager.
This role needs to lead and participate country and regional programs, as well as facilitate and supporting global programs launches. In addition, the Training Specialist will partner with the Global/Regional Training Manager to administer testing and certification, managing the training calendar, training reporting, scheduling, and partner with site leadership to deliver all training requests. This role will also include using surveys, quizzes, quality metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess new Associate learning and skill development.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development, including superior skill in explaining technical topics to new learners.
- Skilled in planning, implementing and assessing training.
- Skilled in administering employee certification program.
- Excellent coordination and organization skills.
- Native level Chinese, Business level English ability for written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated skill in one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings.
- Excellent classroom management and blended learning facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, training practices and certification programs, especially in technical support contexts.
- At least 1 years' experience in Amazon SP-Support team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Qualifications
- Preferably a member in Aux Trainer, Aux TME or other Site level SME program.
- Experience delivering soft skills, customer service, technical skills and systems training
- Training certification is a plus
