You will observe/interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop a strategy for new business and expand existing business.As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:· Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers· Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities· Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales· Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice· Handling diverse clients in assigned region and areaFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have a Bachelor from an accredited school. Have minimum 5 years working experience in Oilfield Services sales· Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards Drilling Services· Be capable to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
