FREELANCER - VIDEO EDITORSUMMARYYou'll be joining one of the most innovative wedding and event companies in China-Grammy Cultural Industries Group (格莱美文化产业集团) - where love, happiness, and cultural influence come together. We're building a global "love and joy" lP brand, and we're looking for a video editor with strong Al editing skills. lf your motto is 'nothing's too crazy, and you live for making content that inspires, entertains, and connects-then we want you on this journey.RESPONSIBILITIES * EDIT SMART & FAST: Automate repetitive tasks (color grading, clipping, subtitles) with Al tools while preserving premium quality.

DARE TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY: Forget the rulebook - edit your own - we're here to set trends, not follow them. Suggest new video formats based on platform trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
BRIDGE CULTURAL GAP: Adapt edits for Chinese-local vs. international audiences (pace, humor, trends).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're active on international social platforms, always know what's trending, you're fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve - not just basic CapCut edits.
Master the Al/human balance - use tech to work faster but keep your creative finger print on every edit.
Comfortable working with local Chinese teams and conversational in English
A valid driver's license is a must since you'll be traveling between Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, and other areas in Zheijang/Anhui.
