- Plan, organize and execute sales campaign on Video products
- Demonstrate Problem solving and excellent ability to strategies, executive and leads.
- Plan and execute brand strategies and drive programs to enhance Product influences in the market
- Work closely with Sales team to drive sell-out, ensure sell-in match with the rhythm of sell-out's forecast, drive to meet, or exceed company quota.
- Collect market intelligence and analyze data to improve business direction.
- Able to build a healthy and substantial eco-system with partners.
- 5 years sales or business development experience video conference products.
- A thorough know-how of video Conference industry/products.
- Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred
- Fluency in English and MS Office applications
- Strong Business Development and strategic planning capability.
- Possesses an analytical and creative mindset, together with an outgoing personality and strong problem-solving skills and team player spirit
- Good interpersonal, presentation, planning & organizing skills and good project management
- Extensive travel across the region to drive the business a must
- Ability to work alone and as a team player, be proactive and responsible for problem solve ownerships.
