- Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing all related activities.
- Leading the planning, execution, and review of advertising and marketing projects.
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development.
- Supporting and training junior account executives as needed.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Rednote.
- The ability to write and speak English to a professional level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- High level of accuracy, organisational and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of both print and digital advertising.
