Handle quality related customer inquiry/complaints, lead customer QBR quality portion.2. Work with worldwide factories and BU team on problem solving or quality improvement projects.3. Communicate with customer for FA and 8D reports and regular review meetings.4. Justify RMA or claim5. Support BU/FAE design in activity includes but not limited PPAP, reliability qualification report, EHS, customer on-site audit.Qualifications:1. Familiar with Semiconductor end to end manufacturing process and quality controls.2. Familiar with international standard quality management system(IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc) and practice.3. Good at 8D approach problem solving.4. Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English.5.
