Guide and coach teams on Agile practices, ensuring alignment with best practices like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe®
Foster a culture of collaboration by breaking down silos and promoting cross-functional teamwork across stakeholders and departments
Facilitate Scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, define features, and align on business goals and customer needs
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and iterative development. A Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe®) is strongly preferred
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage, motivate, and align stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proven ability to analyze challenges, offer innovative solutions, and maintain focus under shifting priorities.
Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of how business objectives connect to technical execution
