Job Title: Scrum Master
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams adhere to Scrum/Agile best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality results on WMS (Warehouse Management System) initiatives.
Assist in backlog refinement, prioritizing tasks to align with business objectives and team capacity.
Remove obstacles and support the team in staying focused on their goals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as a servant leader, promoting Agile principles and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Provide clear reporting on project progress, sprint results, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Top Requirements:

Scrum/Agile Mastery: Hands-on experience guiding teams in adopting and excelling within Agile frameworks like Scrum.
WMS Expertise: Prior experience working on Warehouse Management System (WMS)-related projects is a major advantage.
Language Skills: Fluent to business-level English is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
