- Lead strategic marketing efforts, including development of business area strategies, marketing plans, market analysis, brand development, and communications
- Responsible for all marketing activities for Coloplast's Ostomy, Continence, and Consumer /Service businesses, across all stakeholders in the Healthcare ecosystem
- Work with sales functions to develop or identify new product opportunities and bring them to commercialization
- Lead cross-functional product launch and lifecycle management efforts involving both Global and Local functions and market our products
- Develop relationships with customers, opinion leaders and form internal cross-functional teams to obtain and provide technical, professional support for our products
- Organize Marketing's content creation and work to implement the Annual Business Plan as well as overarching business objectives and strategic themes
- Continuously maintain fact-based perspective on the China market, competitive activity and our performance. Adjust market/product strategy and plans to influence / meet changing market to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities
- Lead our collaboration with clinical customers and KOLs
- Act as a role model and coach for team members within the team, build and maintain relationships with headquarter, and provide strategic input and market analysis to shape Global decision making and planning to reflect the market and business needs of Chronic Care China
- BS/BA in business, marketing or health sciences; MBA preferred
- Extensive Marketing and leadership experience - min. 8 years in Marketing/Sales in consumer healthcare
- Conceptual, strategic planning and analytical skills with demonstrated product line success and growth
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven track record in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives
- Strong understanding of competitor strategies, market positioning
- High level culture awareness and quick adaptability
- Understands how to translate global direction into local activities and initiatives
- Fluent in English and Chinese
