We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Digital Product Manager for legal analytic and processing products. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of various digital products, AI tools and relevant enablers for inhouse legal team's strategic goal to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors, identifying application scenarios, bridging demands and solutions. Though legal qualification in China mainland is preferred but not as a MUST herein, we expect our candidate has experience or is familiar with law firms or other legal service providers and has enthusiasm and dedication to work with our inhouse team. You will therefore be expected to closely collaborate with inhouse lawyers to design and roll out the GenAI local deployment and prompt engineering in needed areas such as legal contract processing and legal content review. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work as the sole product role therein revolutionizing traditional legal counsels' work within our digital landscape.
Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the digital product roadmap, working closely with inhouse lawyers, external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer needs and product vision.
Collaborate with designers, developers, QAs, and other product owners to transform concepts and ideas from business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
Drive and execute the product development lifecycle, including gathering and socializing requirement, refining product requirement, defining acceptance criteria, managing product delivery, supervising tests as well as product launch and operation.
Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product's performance and identify areas for growth.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop implementation strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive digital product in the market.
Construct underlying data models. Project unit testing and integration testing. Product development for centralized data management platform. Product development for OA system and GenAI training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technology or business, Computer Science/Economics/Psychology is a plus.
3-5 years proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner/Project Manager, or similar role within the digital world.
Familiar with GenAI such as ChatGPT and DeepSeek.
Experience working in an agile development environment. Understanding SAFe is a plus.
Law firm or legal service industry experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into user-friendly features and interfaces.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Professional English speaking and writing skills.
